Tire Discounters

Great service at the West Hamilton location today!!! Dustin and Earl were so helpful and friendly. But there has to be something done about the waiting area and lobby. It was INCREDIBLY hot, the sun shining right on the chairs where you sit. Please get them some blinds!! Better chairs and someplace besides the floor for your complentary beverage would be nice too. This picture is at about 5 pm in early September.

I absolutely love Tire Discounters, and this location has been taking care of my car for years. Every visit, they’ve gone above and beyond with honest recommendations, great service, and friendly staff who truly care about their customers. I’ve always felt like they had my best interests in mind. I had an oil change today, and Earl Johnson was fantastic! He was professional, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. In fact, I love this location so much that I decided to build my career with Tire Discounters. That should tell you how much I trust this team. If you’re looking for honest people who consistently provide outstanding service, I can’t recommend this location enough!

After visiting another shop twice for an alignment and being let down twice, I decided to stop at this tire discounters on Main Street in Hamilton, and they knocked it out of the park. They did everything. The other shop couldn’t do and then some. Replaced bad TPMS sensors, had the tires that I wanted in stock, mounted and balanced perfectly, and the alignment was done perfectly. The car handles amazingly now I would highly recommend this shop. They have an excellent crew and their service leaves nothing to be desired.

Bought 4 new tires for my car and they gave me a really good deal. Way cheaper than anywhere else I called. My car was shaking and rattling when I brought it in and when I picked it up it was riding like it did when I drove it brand new off the lot. The employees were extremely nice. Earl was extremely helpful when I called a couple times to ask him questions about my tires because I did not know much about them, he was very thorough with explaining everything to me. The employee at the counter that checked me out, I thought his shirt said Dustin but my paperwork says salesperson was Evan, so that may be his name, but he was extremely nice too. I will definitely return in the future. You have some awesome men that work here! Thank you again!

Stopped in to get my tire pressures checked. The guys here are more than courteous! Decided to price tires while I was there and their package prices are so easy to understand. It's priced with mount and balance and install with tax. They give you a free alignment as well as free rotate and balance every 5k miles. Definitely my new go to for tires!
